RETURN, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

When purchasing a physical good, you agree to provide us with a valid email and shipping address, as well as valid billing information. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for any reason, including errors or omissions in the information you provide to us. If we do so after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to you in the amount of the purchase price. We also may request additional information from you prior to confirming a sale and We reserve the right to place any additional restrictions on the sale of any of Our products. RETURNS If due to some reason our products delivered to you are damaged or expired, we will take the returned product back with us and issue a full refund of the amount for the value of the return products which will be credited to the same account from which you made the purchase, provided that issue is reported to within 24 hours of the delivery.
A . Easy Return
i . Sign into your account.
ii. Find the order in “”Orders” , click the “Return Item” button.
iii. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reasons, and submit.
iv. Select the mailing method: self-sending or pick-up service (choose the pick-up address and post office required information).
v. The logistics company will contact you as soon as possible, please wait for the courier to pick up the package or take the sealed package to the nearby mailing point and send it to the address of Crown The Artifacts and Gift Store return center.
vi. We will confirm the parcel immediately after we receive the return, update the status of the return, and refund within 7 working days. The refund will be returned to you to your original payment account.
B. Return Time & Order Status
i. Returns must be postmarked within 24 hours after the date of delivery.
ii. Orders must be delivered, and the address of the recipient must be in India.
iii. If you receive a damaged/defective item, Crown The Artifacts and Gift Store Customer Service should be notified within 24 hours of receipt.
iv. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing.
REFUNDS A. Refund method The refund will be initiated to your original payment account per your request.
B. Refund process time Refunds will be initiated within 24 hours from Crown The Artifacts and Gift Store side upon receipt of your package. If you choose Original Payment Account, specific time of the money refunding to your original payment account according to your payment mode/bank account (normally takes 2-10 working days after Crown The Artifacts and Gift Store. Please Note: Refunds will be initiated for item price only, other fees like shipping guarantee, shipping, COD service charges are non-refundable.
If you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. It is NOT possible to cancel part of your order. We recommend you cancel the entire order and re-purchase required quantities to simplify the transaction.
i. If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount subject to deduction of charges if any, and whereas you cancel your order after the shipment but before receipt of the item, the same will be liable for deduction of the two-way shipping costs.
ii. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge/bank transaction charge of 2.5% of your total order value.
iii. There are circumstances when the company might have to cancel a particular order.
iv. Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order and Crown The Artifacts and Gift Store reserves the right at any time after the receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
v. Although our online stock inventory is programmed to update automatically, Crown The Artifacts and Gift Store reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, to inform you via telephone or email or mobile text about a shortfall in the quantity you ordered of any item. In all such cases, we have the right to either supply you less than the quantity you ordered or cancel your order with prior notice to you.
